To uninterruptedly promote Qianzhong cultural research, much attention should be paid to dimensions of the scientific value orientation. Three core concept connotations related to it including local culture, cultural region and cultural research, which need to be explicitly and academically interpreted and applied in academic practice concerning Qianzhong cultural research, which ultimately serves the development of economy and society in southeast Chongqing.
