The model of harmonious school management is a combination of vigor and vitality composition of the various elements which helps to realize the school harmonious development. Constructing the school a harmonious management model needs to be done in five areas: harmonious school management objectives: cultivating harmonious development of students, caring teachers’ life growth; harmonious school management process: strengthening respect and understanding, merging with humanistic concerns; harmonious school management manners: enhancing subjectivity of various sorts of personnel, guiding teachers’ self-management; harmonious school organizational culture: focusing on the leadership of value orientation, constructing schools’ shared vision; harmonious quality of school leaders: improving their overall literacy, embodying the charm of personality.
