people always regard Fang Zhizhong as a soldier rather than a writer. As a modern Chinese writer and editor, he is obviously forgotten by us. This article tried to briefly introduce him and analyze his poetry anthology Rendigaizao. Rendigaizao, which was his important literature creation, was criticized by Literature and Arts Newspapers after the publishing. Thus finally Fang Zhizhong gave up his literature creation, so we can see the “internal cleaning” in the field of literature and art in the early 1950s.
