Abstract:With the implementation of the two-child, three-child policy, it is particularly important to improve the quality of inclusive pre-school education services and strengthen the supervision of inclusive pre-school education services. This paper constructs an evolutionary game model consisting of inclusive kindergarten, government and children’s family. In this paper, the dynamic evolution process of each participant and the influence of related variables on the evolution strategy are analyzed. The research shows that in the supervision of inclusive pre-school education service, the evolutionary system will finally realize the equilibrium state (government active supervision, inclusive kindergarten self-discipline, children’s family supervision). The joint action of multiple external variables determines the strategy choice of the participants. In the process of the game, the government plays a significant leading role, and the strategy choice of inclusive kindergarten and children’s families is obviously influenced by the government.Whether children’s families supervise or not has an obvious indirect influence on the choice of inclusive kindergarten strategy. After that, countermeasures and suggestions are given from the aspects of improving the supervision efficiency of government, establishing scientific and reasonable incentive and punishment mechanism and attaching importance to the supervision of children’s families.
