It is the most important task for the development of vocational education in China to build a high-quality professional “double-qualified” teaching team.The key to the cultivation of “double-qualified” teachers lies in the integration of professionalism, technology and normal education. At present, there is a prominent contradiction in the vocational education teacher training system, which is mainly caused by the unclear training objectives, the single training subject structure, the poor operation of the training system and the lack of vocational education characteristics in the training courses. In order to optimize the training system of vocational education teachers, we should establish the “double-qualified” vocational education teacher training goal marked by the “integration of three characteristics”, construct the culture organization system characterized by combination of production and teaching and multiple symbiosis, establish the training operation mechanism characterized by horizontal coordination and vertical penetration, and develop the teacher training curriculum system that highlights the characteristics of vocational education.
