    摘要:

    中小学生心理健康作为一个日益突出的社会问题已引起社会各界的重视。围绕中小学生心理健康问题,学者们从不同角度和不同程度进行了大量研究,但还存在一些问题需要厘清。本研究从中小学生心理健康的概念取向、研究现状以及影响因素等方面进行系统梳理和总结,发现当前研究主要涉及病理学和积极心理学两种取向,尤以病理学取向为主,而积极心理学取向的测量工具、评价指标、影响因素都有待挖掘和完善。因此,需进一步明确中小学心理健康的研究取向,丰富测量工具,完善评价指标,探究深层机制。

    Abstract:

    As an increasingly prominent social issue, the mental health of primary and secondary school students has attracted the attention of all walks of life. In this regard, scholars have conducted numerous studies on the issue of students’ mental health from different perspectives and to different degrees. However, there are still several issues that need to be further clarified in these studies. According to this, this study systematically reviews and summarizes the conceptual orientation, current research status, and influencing factors of primary and secondary school students’ mental health, and finds the following two questions. The present research mainly involves two orientations, pathological and positive psychological, with the pathological orientation in particular. The measurement tools, evaluation indicators, and influencing factors of the positive psychological orientation are yet to be developed and improved. Future research needs to further clarify the research orientation of mental health in primary and secondary schools, enrich the measurement tools, improve the evaluation indicators and explore the underlying mechanisms.
