Abstract:The twentieth CPC Report emphasizes that high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way, and the cultivation of high-quality talents is the foundation of high-quality development. As an important way and method to cultivate high-quality talents, deliberate practice has been successfully applied in the education and training of medicine, physical education, art, education and other disciplines and has gained beneficial experience. In the process of high-quality development, the deliberate practice of social work is based on its own unique professional focus and diversified implementation techniques. It should not only always adhere to the basic principles of step by step, simulation exercise, observation evaluation and expert feedback, but also carry out the deliberate practice of empathy, mindfulness, superiority and imagination in an artistic way. It is also necessary to promote the deliberate practice of core skills such as listening, observation, interview, writing and evaluation in practical ways, and finally realize the organic integration of professional values, theories and techniques of social work as well as the integration of knowledge and practice.
