In the era of platform economy, digital labor、data monopoly、and algorithmic control jointly promote the transformation of labor control strategies. In terms of control mechanisms, platform capital implements life control with labor mode of “Prosuming”, psychological control with platform algorithmic recommendation, whole-process control with measurement and monitoring of labor information, and hidden control with transfer of labor control, and they respectively show the characteristics of expanding the scope of control, deepening the degree, extending the breadth, and being hidden in the way. With more precise and secretive monitoring, platform capital has plunged laborers into the plight of digital addiction, dissolution of subjectivity, loss of privacy, and false autonomy. It is necessary to reflect on the capitalist application of big data and intelligent algorithms on the basis of clarifying the logic of the new type of capital control and the plight of laborers, reasonably regulating the control of capital over labor in digital labor, and promoting the healthy operation of the platform economy.
