Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has based on the practice of cultural construction, he has innovatively put forward a series of new concepts, new judgments and new propositions, forming a systematic and complete cultural ideology, and continuously expanding the new boundaries of the development of Marxist cultural theory and practice. His cultural ideology, relying on the three dimensions of leadership laws, construction laws and civilization laws, comprehensively deepens the scientific understanding of the laws of the development of socialist culture. Its theoretical connotations have clarified the leading subject, core tasks, value orientation and development goals of cultural construction; deepened the understanding of the path of cultural development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the “second combination”, the coordinated development of the two civilizations, and the firming of cultural confidence, and clarified the direction, inheritance, requirements and support of socialist cultural construction; deepened the theoretical understanding of civilizational mutual learning, civilizational dialogue and new cultural forms, and provided a civilizational solution beyond Western modernity for the interaction model, discourse system and cultural form of human civilization development. This series of theoretical deepening has systematically answered the core propositions of China’s cultural development in the new era and injected Chinese wisdom into the continuous progress of human civilization.
