    摘要:

    伴随国家创新体系整体效能提升上升为国家战略,作为支撑国家创新体系核心要素的拔尖创新人才,其创新心智水平直接关系到国家创新战略实现程度。然而,当前高校在拔尖创新人才培养实践中依然存在重视智力而轻视创新,重视外在动机驱动而弱化内在动机驱动等问题。基于此,本文以自我决定理论为支撑,探讨拔尖创新人才心智的主要构成要素及其培养内在动机与外在动机正向协同机制。为此,本文提出拔尖创新人才心智是以创新为导向的知识结构、思维模式和人格特质三要素耦合的有机整体。拔尖创新人才心智培养应注重发挥内在动机与外在动机的协同效用:首先,高校应注重激发学生对心智培养活动本身产生稳定兴趣,形成拔尖创新人才心智培养内生动力;其次,高校应注重创建创新文化生态、宽松培养环境及多元评价机制,形成拔尖创新人才心智培养外生动力;最后,高校应注重培养学生学科、跨学科及创新技能等多元知识体系,注重兼顾学生左右脑思维培养,让学生亲身参与创新实践、学术研究等活动,既激发学生兴趣,又增强学生创新意识及能力,最终形成拔尖创新人才心智培养协同动力。

    Abstract:

    With the overall efficiency of the national innovation system being elevated and becoming a national strategy, as the core element supporting the national innovation system, whether top-notch innovative talents possess innovative thinking directly affects whether the national innovation strategy can be smoothly realized. However, in the current practice of cultivating top-notch innovative talents in universities, there are still problems such as emphasizing intelligence but neglecting innovation, and emphasizing external motivation-driven factors while weakening internal motivation-driven factors. Based on this, this article uses the self-determination theory as a support to explore the main components of the innovative mindset of top-notch innovative talents and the positive synergy mechanism of cultivating internal and external motivations. Therefore, this article proposes that the innovative mindset of top-notch innovative talents is an organic whole coupled by three elements: an innovative-oriented knowledge structure, thinking mode, and personality traits. The cultivation of the innovative mindset of top-notch innovative talents should focus on leveraging the synergistic effect of internal and external motivations. Firstly, universities should focus on stimulating students’ stable interest in the activities of mindset cultivation, forming the internal driving force for the cultivation of the innovative mindset of top-notch innovative talents. Secondly, universities should focus on creating an innovative cultural ecosystem, a relaxed training environment, and a diversified evaluation mechanism, forming the external driving force for the cultivation of the innovative mindset of top-notch innovative talents. Finally, universities should focus on cultivating students’ diverse knowledge systems, including disciplines, interdisciplinary, and innovative skills, and pay attention to cultivating both left-brain and right-brain thinking, allowing students to participate in innovative practices, academic research, and other activities, which not only stimulates students’ interest but also enhances their innovative awareness and ability, ultimately forming the collaborative action of cultivating the innovative mindset of top-notch innovative talents.
