制造业数字化转型困境及破解路径——“灯塔工厂”的例证

    制造业数字化转型是中国实现经济高质量发展和制造强国建设的重要一环。身处新一轮科技革命和产业变革之中,中国制造业“大而不强、全而不优”的矛盾日益凸显,“卡脖子”“掉链子”风险并存。作为“数字化制造”和“全球化4.0”的示范者,“灯塔工厂”已成为未来智造之路的新趋势和风向标,展现了如何运用前瞻性思维在数字化转型中实现降本增效、规模化扩展和绿色可持续发展等新的价值创造,对引领中国制造业数字化变革具有重要作用。立足中国制造业数字化转型的现实困境,深入剖析“灯塔工厂”在数字化转型中的卓越创新实践,总结制造业数字化转型的现实路径并提出相应的政策建议。研究发现,目前数字化转型认知存在偏差,转型目标模糊;数字技术攻关薄弱,全流程场景落地不足;需求导向缺失,创新转型滞后;组织变革滞后,数字化人才短缺;协同联动不足,中小企业转型乏力等问题;据此,梳理出战略制定、价值链重构、商业模式创新、员工组织变革、产业生态打造五条现实路径,提出充分释放“灯塔效应”、全面加速数字技术扩散、打造多元协同数字化联盟以及强化制造业数字化转型政策支持等策略建议,为中国制造业企业数字化转型升级提供借鉴指导,以期推动中国“制造”向中国“智造”转变。

    Abstract:

    The digital transformation of the manufacturing industry is a vital component for China to achieve high-quality economic development and to build its manufacturing strength. Amid a new wave of technological revolution and industrial transformation, the contradictions of China’s manufacturing sector being “large but not strong, comprehensive but not superior” have become increasingly prominent, accompanied by the risks of “bottlenecks” and “supply chain disruptions”. As an exemplar of “digital manufacturing” and “globalization 4.0”, the “Lighthouse Factory” has emerged as a new trend and benchmark for the future of intelligent manufacturing. It demonstrates how forward-thinking strategies can achieve new sources of value creation in digital transformation, such as cost reduction, efficiency improvement, scalable expansion, and green sustainable development, playing a pivotal role in guiding the digital transformation of China’s manufacturing industry. Based on the dilemmas facing China’s manufacturing digital transformation, this paper deeply analyzes the outstanding and in-depth innovation practices of the “Lighthouse Factory”, summarizes the breakthrough paths for digital transformation in manufacturing, and proposes corresponding policy recommendations. The study finds that current dilemmas include: cognitive biases toward digital transformation and ambiguous transformation goals; weak technological breakthroughs in digital technologies and insufficient implementation across entire processes; a lack of demand orientation and lagging innovation transformation; organizational change inertia and a shortage of digital talent; and weak collaborative linkages, particularly the insufficient transformation capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises. The paper identifies five breakthrough paths: strategy formulation, value chain restructuring, business model innovation, employee and organizational change, and industrial ecosystem development. It further proposes strategic suggestions such as fully unleashing the “lighthouse effect”, accelerating the diffusion of digital technologies, building multi-stakeholder digital alliances, and strengthening policy support for digital transformation in manufacturing, with the aim of providing reference and guidance for the digital transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, thereby facilitating the transition from “Made in China” to “Intelligently Made in China”.
